Every user can manage their personal details shown in Helmdeck. In the top-right corner there is clickable user name that alows for modification of profile settings. There you can edit your name, surname, email and password as well as change Helmdeck interface skins or modify email footer. Quite important are regional and localization settings that you can focus to your specific needs. When you leave them empty then company settings are being applied.
Some of these data can be modified by administrator independently. You also cannot change your visible name, login or initials by yourself.
