Email settings

Every user have two email addresses in Helmdeck:

  • First, external, is your regular, business mail address that you use on an everyday basis. This is used by system to show it to other users, through communication with customers, while sending offers or invoices. It is mainly information for receivers about where to respond.
  • Second is internal, system mail. It is used for collecting BCC forwards to system as activities or other system actions. This one is created automatically. It consist of login and Helmdeck company name, you can although configure it when necessary.

Email integration

It is possible to integrate your email client through several ways. Here we can mention that the easiest way is to add your system mail as the BCC receipient to any mail sended. It will automatically be linked to contact or account in your Helmdeck. We also have plugin to Outlook and app in Google Apps marketplace to integrate with these popular services.
